Washing your hands and doing it well has never been more important than in the current climate. There are five simple steps that can make a world of difference to your family’s health. Most know that your hands should be wet and you should use soap, but not everyone spends the full 20 seconds you need to get them truly clean. While a common suggestion to keep track of the time is humming the birthday song twice, that can get pretty boring.

These videos can help liven things up while you teach younger kids to wash properly.

"Baby Shark." A great video for little ones aged 18 months and up, Baby Shark helps explain through song how to wash hands and cover coughs and sneezes.

"Wash Us." For ages 3 and up, this video captures everyday play as an important reason to wash your hands, and also instructs about how to perform hand hygiene.
