A food packaging facility was using manual knee pedal operated sinks outside of their main production zone. Case Study: Bakery Improves Footwear Hygiene Program and Saves Over $37,000 Annually

An industrial bakery had been using a dry quat sanitizer placed in floor mats underneath hand washing sinks at the entrances of the facility’s production areas. Case Study: RTE Food Processing Facility Eliminates Shoe Covers and Saves Over $66,000 Annually

An RTE food processing facility was having employees wear shoe covers when on the production floor. The Quality Assurance Manager was worried about employees needing to touch their dirty shoes when applying and removing shoe covers, as well as the excessive cost of the shoe covers.  After the replacing the shoe covers and the handwashing sinks with two EVO Three with Sole Clean Stations, the employees were removing more than 99.9% of pathogens from their hands and footwear.
