Before COVID-19 placed greater emphasis on hygiene than ever before, Meritech worked with QA magazine to survey food processing companies to better understand the importance they place on hygiene at their facilities. Despite this, respondents still ranked handwashing, personal hygiene and ill-worker separation from food as important in their facility.
