Hand and Boot Washing Systems

The ProTech Series is a high volume, industrialized walk-through system designed to handle large numbers of employees quickly and efficiently. The ProTech system utilizes a series of multiple spray nozzles in four panels to provide a highly efficacious hand cleaning and sanitizing cycle as up to 20 employees per minute walk through the system. The all stainless steel ProTech system is available in hands-only as well as hand & boot versions. The hand & boot version is equipped with an automatic solution concentration control system which maintains a preset solution concentration in the sanitizing bath.

All ProTech products provide the same cost and efficiency benefits as the CleanTech line of products. Water, soap and time savings provide a very quick return on investment.

The ProTech Solution - Walk Through Hands and Boot Washing System - Hand and Boot Model

The ProTech Solution is a high thruput unit capable of sanitizing boots on a continuous flow basis. The ProTech Solution gives you a standard wash/rinse hand wash cycle while sanitizing the boots at the same time. Also available as a hand wash only system. Placed at the entrance/exit of your critical areas, ProTech ensures SSOP hand/boot washing while your employees are on the move. The perfect solution is the ProTech Solution.

System Benefits:

Compliance Cycle Monitor - Not only does ProTech Solution perform the wash so you know it's being performed correctly, it also provides a cycle counter so that hand washing frequency can be easily verified for your SSOP, HACCP, and GMP programs.

Boot Self-Clean Cycle - The ProTech Solution is available with a self-cleaning cycle which uses a hard surface cleaner to clean the boots and the facility drain. The drain water from the ProTech Solution is routed into a footbath station. The system automatically keeps the footbath clean and at approximately 400 ppm quaternary ammonium unless programmed differently. A floor drain must be located nearby for routing excess effluent.

Stainless Steel, Corrosion-Resistant - The system can be installed in wet, cold environments where sanitation is performed and uses corrosion-resistant componentry inside and out (NEMA 4X and 6 rated).

Accessories:

Four-Gallon External Booster Water Heater - This 110 volt, 1500 watt heater is ideal for applications where the hot water heater is a long distance from the ProTech system or where hot water lines travel through cold areas. It provides warm water washes and replenishes hot water in 15 minutes.

The ProTech Solution - Hands Only

The ProTech Solution Handwash Only System is a high throughput unit capable of sanitizing hands on a continuous flow basis. The ProTech Solution "hands only" gives you a standard wash/rinse handwash cycle. Placed at the entrance/exit of your critical areas, ProTech ensures SSOP handwashing while your employees are on the move. The ProTech "hands only" is designed to wash up to 20 employees per minute. The only solution is the ProTech Solution.

Meritech Protech Hands Only model

Standard Electrical and Plumbing Connections - The ProTech Solution relies on the same hot and cold water supplies and water drain as required with a standard handwash sink. Water inlets should be _" inside diameter or larger, 60 PSI and 10 GPM minimum. The system draws only 3 amps of electricity at 110 VAC.
